Responsibilities

• Consult with French-speaking clients to identify their online security needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Assist clients with the setup, installation, and configuration of the security software to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and relevant advice to enhance client satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize the use of our security products.
• Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records of support requests and resolutions.
• Collaborate with product development teams to convey client feedback and suggest product improvements.
• Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Proven experience in customer service, consulting, or technical support, ideally in the software or cybersecurity sectors.
• Strong understanding of online security principles and effective practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to client engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize client needs efficiently.
