We are looking for Founding Fullstack Engineers to join our team and play a key role in building innovative digital accessibility solutions. As part of the founding team, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our product and technology, driving impactful change in accessibility for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

•  End-to-End Development – Design, build, and maintain scalable fullstack solutions for our digital accessibility platform.
•  Modern Tech Stack – Work with React, Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails to develop high-quality applications.
•  Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and enhance product features.
•  Innovation & AI – Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and digital accessibility, integrating new technologies where applicable.
•  Code Quality & Best Practices – Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting peer code reviews to uphold high engineering standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in fullstack development using JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
