We are looking for a Founding Engineering Lead with deep expertise in AI technologies, tools, and AI agents to reimagine the future of digital content creation. This role is pivotal in conceptualizing, designing, and leading the development of an AI-powered Digital Content OS that automates manual workflows in digital content companies.

AI is set to revolutionize content creation—transforming processes like ideation, creation, distribution, and monetization, allowing human input to focus primarily on creative execution. Key Responsibilities:

•  Architect and build an AI-powered Digital Content OS from the ground up.
• Gain deep insights into digital content workflows and integrate them into the product.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team from scratch.
• Work with a lean team to rapidly develop and deliver MVPs across different modules.
•  Hands-on coding and development—this is NOT a hands-off leadership role.

Key Qualifications:

•  5-8 years of relevant hands-on coding experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a full-stack developer, proficient in modern web technologies or a strong willingness to learn.
• Strong background in building AI-first applications, particularly leveraging LLMs like OpenAI.
• Experience with serverless architectures, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Deep understanding of scalable architectures and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience with Generative AI (GenAI) or founding a startup is highly valued.
