We are looking for a Founding AI Engineer to spearhead the development of AI-driven solutions that will transform retail trading. As a core member of our early team, you will have a pivotal role in shaping our technology stack, working closely with the founders to define and execute the AI and technical vision.

Key Responsibilities:

•  AI Development: Design and implement AI-driven applications using Python and LLM-based systems.
•  Scalable RAG Models: Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to power high-performance AI products.
•  Technical Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the founders to shape and drive the company’s AI and technical roadmap.
•  Infrastructure & Deployment: Leverage cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker) to deploy and scale AI models efficiently.
•  Data & Backend Engineering: Work with vector databases and streaming platforms like Kafka to enhance data retrieval, processing, and AI model efficiency.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on AI-driven projects.
• Proficiency in Python, along with hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, and vector databases.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker).
• Experience with Kafka or similar real-time data processing frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, take ownership, and drive projects from concept to deployment.
