We are seeking a Founding Engineer to join our core team and play a pivotal role in shaping our technology and engineering culture. Key Responsibilities

•  Architect and scale our core technology, working with massive datasets.
•  Design and develop high-performance backend and frontend systems.
•  Establish engineering culture, best practices, and coding standards to ensure long-term scalability.
•  Lead technical decision-making, influencing architecture and system design.
•  Recruit, mentor, and grow the engineering team as we scale.
•  Work across the stack, including backend, frontend, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
•  Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop better solutions.

What We’re Looking For

•  3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in high-scale systems.
• Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, React).
• Experience with big data, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate unstructured environments.
• Passion for startups, with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
•  Bonus: Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or data-heavy applications.
