Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a Flemish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Online Payment Solutions Department. In this important role, you will assist Flemish-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding online payment services, addressing issues related to transactions, account management, and security. Your main goal will be to ensure that customers have a smooth and secure payment process while receiving outstanding service. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in Flemish for inquiries related to online payment solutions.
• Assist customers with transaction issues, account setup, and payment processing questions.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our online payment services.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently to ensure service quality.
• Work closely with technical support teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in online payment solutions and security practices.

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in financial services or tech support preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with online payment systems or customer support software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
