We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations that enhance business performance. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial analysis, helping to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Support month-end and quarter-end financial close processes
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports, providing insights and commentary. Perform variance analysis to compare actual results against forecasts and identify key drivers, trends and opportunities
• Assist in CF monitoring by proactively identifying potential shortfalls
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to enhance decision-making and support strategic planning. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making, scenario planning, and business strategy
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures for annual reporting
• Provide financial guidance and support to subsidiary finance teams, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CFA, CPA) is a plus
•  3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and PowerPoint 
• Knowledge of Softone ERP systemwill be considered an asset
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
