Outsource Access is on the lookout for a meticulous and experienced Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Perform financial statement remodeling to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support budgeting and strategic planning.
• Utilize Excel for data management, including pivot tables, sorting, and financial data analysis.
• Process and manage payroll data entry for 50+ store locations.
• Utilize NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software for financial data management.
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve accounting workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting and finance staff, to ensure seamless operations.
• Report findings and updates to management and the CEO, participating in regular check-ins.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting, payroll, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, data manipulation, and financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Experience with payroll journal entries and budget forecasting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
