About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our Finance Manager in day-to-day financial operations. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and reporting. You will have direct exposure to various financial processes and the chance to contribute to process improvements over time. If you are a fast learner and organized, this role will give you the foundation to grow in the field of finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Support invoicing, expense tracking, and payment processing.
• Help with data entry and reconciliation tasks.
• Assist in reviewing financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and suggest improvements to financial processes over time.

Qualifications Required

• No prior experience required.
• Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.

Conditions

• Eligible to IEFP Internship (Level 6)
• Internship monthly allowance: 1,149.50€
• 6.00€ per working day in meal allowance
• On-Site in our Studio in Braga, Portugal
• 8:00 to 17:00, Mondays through Fridays
