The Executive will support the Finance team in the maintenance of investment / intermediate holding companies' accounts, including but not limited to the following duties:

• Handle full set of accounts for holding companies.
• Perform vendors’ reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage payment and billing processing.
• Ensure invoices / statements are generated, recorded, and emailed to customers.
• Process incoming receipts and clearing of customer's balances.
• Update bank book in accounting system and daily cash position in dashboard.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Liaise with tax agents in the preparation of annual tax filing and related matters.
• Assist in external audits.
• Facilitate the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts.

• Degree in Accountancy and/or professional qualifications in Accounting (ACCA)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience preparing full set of accounts, preferable from asset management / investment / funds management industry
• Experience with Yardi system will have an added advantage
• Meticulous with excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
