Job Overview
Are you an organised professional with a knack for managing schedules and streamlining operations? We are looking for an Executive Assistant, or as we like to call it, a "Diary Ninja," to provide high-level support to our UK-based executive team. This remote role is pivotal in ensuring their time is optimally managed, and the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistance
Manage and maintain executive schedules, juggling multiple calendars with precision.
Coordinate and organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executives.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Diary Management
Develop a deep understanding of executive preferences to anticipate scheduling needs.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure executives are fully briefed ahead of meetings.
Utilise calendar tools and software to optimise diary management.
Administrative Support
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Assist with the preparation and follow-up of executive meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and executed.
Provide additional support to other departments and team members as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Experience
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Experience with diary management and scheduling for senior executives.
Key Skills
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with office software, including calendars, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements
A reliable laptop or desktop computer.
