Executive Assistant to the CEO

Role Objective
The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the organization. This role requires an individual who is proactive, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up items.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research and compile reports and presentations for executive meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintain and organize confidential and sensitive information.
- Coordinate and manage special projects assigned by the CEO.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments and teams.
- Support the CEO in daily operational tasks and decision-making processes.
- Handle inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior executives or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and diplomacy.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong attention to detail in both administrative work and documentation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
