The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team at Rising Edge Group by managing communications, scheduling, and various administrative functions that contribute to organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This position demands a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail as the Executive Assistant will serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leaders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Attend key meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate executive team meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Compilation and submission of monthly expense reports.
  • Organize travel arrangements and provide logistical support.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations and materials for executive meetings.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in managing projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for important documents and records.
  • Conduct research and summarize findings for decision-making.
  • Prepare business reports and analytics to support strategic planning.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and relevant business insights.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to anticipate needs and manage competing demands with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, providing professional correspondence
