We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Partner in the firm. This position presents an exciting opportunity for the right individual to work in a dynamic and professional environment within Ireland’s premier law firm. This role is suited for a highly organised and motivated EA who enjoys engaging with a diverse range of individuals throughout an organization.

Requirements of this role

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the partner, which includes managing calendars, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel logistics.
• Act as the main liaison between the partner and both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with senior colleagues within the organisation.
• Generate written correspondence from dictations.
• Collaborate with the partnership secretary on confidential documents.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare high-quality proposals and presentations.
• Engage proactively with marketing departments and other relevant stakeholders on client relationship management and business development initiatives.

Background and experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an EA supporting senior leadership, ideally in a professional services setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in office administration or executive support is preferrable. Work experience will be considered in lieu.
• Proficient and current knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, precise work within deadlines.
• Exemplifies integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
• Approachable and consistently maintains a high level of professionalism with colleagues at all organisational levels.
• Exceptionally organised with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive individual who demonstrates the ability to anticipate tasks instead of merely responding to requests
