At Banana Moon Day Nurseries, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Professional to join our dynamic team. Our nursery is committed to providing high-quality education and care in a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

As an Early Years Professional, you will create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for children aged 0-5 years. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering creative activities that promote learning through play, conducting observations to assess children's development, and building strong relationships with children and their families.

You will be part of a supportive team, working collaboratively to create an enriching experience for the children in our care, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of care and education.

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working in an early years setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for nurturing and supporting children's growth.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
