Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive E-commerce Trading Manager with a focus on TikTok Shop to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social commerce and experienced in managing e-commerce platforms, specifically within the fast-paced world of TikTok Shop. You will play a key role in driving sales, optimising performance, and enhancing the customer experience on our TikTok Shop platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TikTok Shop Strategy & Trading: Develop and execute a trading plan specific to TikTok Shop to optimise product sales, increase visibility, and maximise engagement. Ensure the right products, pricing, and promotional activity are aligned with TikTok's audience trends and shopping behaviors.

  • Product & Inventory Management: Oversee the product assortment for TikTok Shop, ensuring timely availability and visibility of best-sellers. Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels, and manage stock replenishment to meet demand.

  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse performance metrics on TikTok Shop, such as conversion rates, customer engagement, and revenue per visit. Use data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and key areas for growth.

  • Campaign & Promotion Management: Plan, execute, and optimise TikTok-specific campaigns and promotions to increase engagement and drive sales. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights to maximize impact.

  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with content creators, influencers, marketing, and operations teams to align e-commerce trading strategies with TikTok Shop’s promotional and content efforts. Ensure seamless customer journeys from discovery to purchase.

  • TikTok Trend & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of emerging trends on TikTok, monitor competitor activities, and use this knowledge to inform trading and content strategies. Leverage insights to adapt trading tactics and drive performance improvements.

  • Customer Experience Optimization: Work with the TikTok Shop team and UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless shopping experience for users on the platform. Focus on improving customer engagement, navigation, and the overall shopping journey.

  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reporting on TikTok Shop’s performance to senior management, sharing insights on sales, customer behavior, and opportunities for growth.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce trading, ideally within a social commerce environment such as TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, or similar platforms.
