This role will directly impact that growth trajectory by improving operations, increasing efficiency, and helping the company scale. The RoleWe're searching for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon and Shopify storefronts. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, CRO knowledge, and e-commerce instincts who’s ready to lead performance improvements across two critical channels. You’ll be responsible for everything from day-to-day operations to campaign execution and optimization.What You’ll Be DoingManage the Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms, optimizing listings, content, and merchandising.Plan and execute product launches, aligning teams and assets across platforms.Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives using A/B tests, heatmaps, and customer insights.Monitor key performance metrics like CVR, AOV, ROAS, and TACoS, and report weekly.Set up and manage pricing, bundles, discounts, and promotions.Collaborate with marketing, operations, support, and design teams to enhance performance and customer experience. What You’ll Bring5+ years experience in e-commerceProven record of improving conversion rates and sales through CRO tactics and data-driven decision-making.Strong understanding of consumer psychology and customer experience.Ability to lead and communicate clearly in a cross-functional, remote team.Strong attention to detail and comfort owning performance metrics.Experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, ClickUp, and Google Sheets.
