Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Online Marketplace Platform Department. In this role, you will be the friendly voice helping customers navigate our online marketplace, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter while shopping. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience on our platform. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding the online marketplace.
• Provide guidance on account management, product listings, and payment issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting any technical issues related to the platform.
• Document customer interactions for tracking and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve escalated concerns and improve service quality.
• Stay informed about current promotions, policies, and platform updates.
• Collect customer feedback to aid in service and platform enhancements.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces and digital payment processes.
