Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to artificial intelligence products.
• Assist customers with onboarding, setup, and effective use of AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
• Educate customers about product features and best practices for implementation.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to facilitate prompt resolution of complex inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technology to better support customers.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the technology or AI sector preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about AI products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with customer service software and support tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution of inquiries.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
