Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Consultant to join our Online Payment Solutions Department for one of our clients. In this essential entry level role, you will support our Dutch-speaking clients in navigating and optimizing their online payment systems, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed for a smooth transaction experience.

As a consultant, you will provide personalized support and tailored solutions, working closely with clients to address their specific needs and challenges. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will be pivotal in building strong relationships and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to their online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions on the features and best practices of payment systems
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client issues to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address complex client issues and develop effective solutions
• Gather and implement feedback from clients to improve service offerings
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in online payment technologies

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients
• A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to providing quality support
• Basic knowledge of online payment systems is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
• A collaborative team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not mandatory
