If you have a passion for technology, finance, and exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply and help us shape the future of online payments!Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding consultancy services to Dutch-speaking clients regarding our online payment solutions.Guide clients through the onboarding process and assist in implementing tailored payment systems.Monitor and troubleshoot transaction processes to ensure optimal performance.Educate clients on payment compliance regulations and security best practices.Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate client feedback and enhance our services.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions provided in our CRM. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
