Role Overview

Drivers are responsible for safely transporting guests in a timely manner

Key duties and responsibilities

• Transporting guests to and from the hotel in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the hotel’s vehicles, ensuring they are well-stocked with water, maps, and other amenities for guest comfort.
• Assisting guests with luggage and ensuring their travel needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring timely transportation to and from local attractions, airports, and other destinations as per guest requests or hotel schedules.
• Adhering to all traffic laws and hotel safety standards while driving, ensuring the safety of passengers and the vehicle.
• Coordinating with the front desk and concierge team to accommodate guest transportation requests and preferences.
• Providing information about local attractions, directions, and hotel services to guests during transit.
• Reporting any vehicle maintenance or damage issues promptly to management and ensuring vehicles are in optimal working condition.
• Assisting with airport pick-ups, drop-offs, and other scheduled transportation services for guests and staff.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality

• Valid Driver’s License is a prerequisite
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
