Director of Sales for Luxury Brands (Resorts)

In this strategic role, the Director of Sales will lead the sales initiatives for our prestigious luxury resort brands, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, driving revenue, and establishing long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in luxury hospitality sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue across luxury resort brands.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on best practices, client engagement, and high-impact sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients, meeting planners, travel agencies, and concierges.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns aligned with brand standards.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and luxury travel forums to enhance brand presence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales leadership role within luxury hospitality.
  • Proven experience managing sales teams and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to engage effectively with luxury clientele.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in the luxury segments of the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
