Responsibilities

•  Oversee all financial operations of the golf resort, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and reduce costs.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with other departmental heads to align financial goals with operational objectives.
• Monitor cash flow and manage investment strategies for optimal returns.
• Lead audits and ensure the integrity of financial reporting and internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Golf Resort Experience is Mandatory
• Tax Preparation is Mandatory
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance management, in Golf Resorts.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Proven track record of developing financial strategies that enhance profitability.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders.
