Job Description

The Director of Email Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing engaging email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and enhance brand loyalty.ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement effective email marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals.Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, from concept to execution, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer insights to optimize future campaigns.Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling email content.Lead and mentor a team of email marketing specialists. 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong emphasis on campaign management.Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.Excellent communication and project management skills.Proven ability to lead and develop a team.Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
