Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team at Sunlight’s Athens premises. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, adept at utilizing various digital touchpoints, and skilled in creating compelling content strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms such as websites, social media, and email marketing to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
• Assist in the creation and management of content strategies, overseeing the company's social media presence to boost customer traffic and engagement.
• Enhance and maintain company websites, ensuring they are SEO-optimized, user-friendly, and updated with multilingual content in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with departments including Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and HR to produce compelling content for various campaigns.
• Partner with external media and digital agencies to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing outreach efforts.
• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
• Oversee the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring timely uploading and organization of content and marketing materials.
• Manage the company intranet platform by uploading daily/weekly internal news and announcements to boost employee engagement.
• Track and analyze digital performance metrics, consumer journeys, and traffic data, providing actionable insights and regular reports to inform strategy.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Uphold and continuously enhance data security and privacy practices in all digital marketing efforts.
• Explore and implement AI tools to analyze customer data, predict trends, and enhance overall marketing performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication and Media, or a related field; a Master's degree in Digital Marketing is preferred.
• Up to 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within a B2B environment, startup, or media agency.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.
• Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance key metrics.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with external media and digital agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Agile and responsive to the evolving digital landscape, with a continuous learning mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
