We are looking for a Deployment Engineer to ensure smooth, stable, and secure deployments of our solutions across customer environments. In this role, you will collaborate with DevOps teams and customer stakeholders to manage infrastructure, oversee deployments, and maintain production stability.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Setup

• Design and provision cloud-based infrastructure (GCP, Azure, AWS) tailored to customer environments.
• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and compliance.

Deployment Management

• Execute on-call SaaS deployments with minimal downtime or disruption.
• Automate and optimize deployment workflows for efficiency.

Production Stability

• Monitor logs, alerts, and system metrics to maintain uptime and meet SLAs (99.9%+ availability).
• Diagnose and resolve production issues proactively.

Observability & Reporting

• Work closely with DevOps teams to enhance monitoring dashboards and alerting frameworks.
• Provide actionable insights on system health and performance to stakeholders.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Maintain updated deployment runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and environment configurations.
• Facilitate smooth knowledge transfer across teams for seamless handovers.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

•  2+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure Setup, or Deployment Engineering roles.

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).

Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
