Job description:Delivery drivers are our front line of customer service. You will interact with customers on a daily basis and provide them with a consistently positive experience. Providing our customers with a great experience will not only make the company look good but you as well.Key Accountabilities:Under a tight timeframe makes deliveries to customer sites, climbs in and out of vehicle, and walks up and down stairs as required.Ability to interact with customer and learn what their needs (product) are.Maintains good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures.Ensures all delivery material received is safely delivered to correct customer.Reports any suspected breach of security or unusual happenings to supervisor immediately.Maintains company vehicle and reports any problems to the supervisor.Takes time to learn all of our products and how to evaluate them. Valid Driver’s License (Class D) with clean driving recordExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of delivery area preferredPrevious professional driving experience, preferably in a delivery roleAbility to read and speak the English languageMust be able to lift up to eighty (80) lbs occasionallyMust be able to lift fifty (50) lbs frequentlyMust be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly
