Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior data to identify product growth points, limitations and potential optimizations.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key product metrics.
• Maintain and optimize event-tracking setups and alerts for all products and platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across different sources, automate data pipelines where possible.
• Investigate and explain anomalies or sudden changes in user behavior or other key indicators.
• Support product and other stakeholders in feature launch, audience selection, and key metric calculations.

• Russian and English proficiency.
• Confidence in writing complex SQL queries (window functions, query optimization, etc.), experience with relational databases; Google BigQuery is a plus.
• Ability to use Python (and its basic libraries) for data exploration and analysis, familiarity with automation is a plus.
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, basic mathematical analysis, and A/B testing.
• Confident with BI tools (creating dashboards and visualizations).
  Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, and event tracking setups.
• Experience analyzing user behavior logs and formulating/testing hypotheses in digital products.
• Ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
