We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong typing skills to accurately and efficiently input, update, and manage data. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, fast and accurate typing abilities, and experience working with data entry systems and office software.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with accuracy and speed.
• Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and make necessary corrections.
• Perform data retrieval and analysis when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company records and sensitive information.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring completeness and correctness.
• Assist in generating reports and compiling information as needed.
• Follow standard procedures and guidelines for data entry and record-keeping.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and data integrity.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software/tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of focus and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and managers.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems, ERP software, or industry-specific databases is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of data confidentiality and security best practices.
