Position: Data Engineer

Our innovative SaaS client is looking for a Data Engineer to join their team on a Permanent basis. The Data Engineer will be working in a wider technology team and be focused on designing, building, and maintaining the organisations systems and infrastructure that allows them to manage and process large amounts of data. The Data Engineers primary responsibility will be to ensure that data is accessible, reliable, and structured in a way that it can be used effectively for analysis and decision-making.

This is a progressive role with the opportunity to grow into a Leadership position.

Key Skills:

• Databases & SQL: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL
• ETL tools: Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g AWS Glue, SSIS)
• Programming: Proficiency in Python.
• Cloud: Experience with AWS services such as Redshift, S3, Kafka

Knowledge of Looker or Power BI are desirable.

• Location: Oxfordshire
• Office Attendance: 2/3 days per week in the office
