This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing and eager to support Czech-speaking clients in maximizing their online presence.ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.Assist customers with understanding the functionalities of various digital marketing tools and services offered by the company.Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the customer management system.Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with tailored solutions and support related to their marketing goals.Stay updated with industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support and recommendations.Promote a positive and professional brand image in all customer interactions. Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.Experience in customer service, preferably in digital marketing, SEO, or technology sectors.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.A keen interest in digital marketing and a desire to help clients succeed online.
