This vital role Entry level involves supporting our Czech-speaking clients in enhancing their online payment systems, ensuring they receive the assistance needed for effective transaction management.

As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions to help them overcome challenges in their payment processes. Your dedication to excellent customer service will play a crucial role in building strong relationships and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to Czech-speaking clients regarding their online payment inquiries
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on payment system functionalities and best practices
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve client issues to ensure seamless operations
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of client support
• Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Gather client feedback to enhance service offerings and better meet client needs
• Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in the online payments industry

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills for effective engagement with clients
• A commitment to customer service and delivering high-quality support
• Basic knowledge of online payment systems is advantageous but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client support
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
