In this critical position, you will provide expert consultation and support to Czech-speaking clients, helping them navigate the complexities of online payment systems. As e-commerce continues to expand, your role will be essential in ensuring that clients have the best payment solutions to meet their needs.In this role, you will advise clients on tailored payment systems and assist them throughout the implementation process. If you are eager to leverage your passion for technology and customer service in the payments industry, we encourage you to apply!Your ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional consultancy services to Czech-speaking clients regarding online payment solutions.Assist clients with the onboarding process and configure payment systems according to their specifications.Monitor transaction processes and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a seamless experience.Educate clients on compliance issues and security measures relevant to the payments landscape.Collaborate with technical teams to integrate client feedback and improve service delivery.Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and solutions provided in our CRM. Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
