This position is tailored for those who are enthusiastic about financial technology and online payment systems, committed to delivering excellent consulting services to a diverse range of clients.ResponsibilitiesEngage with Czech-speaking clients to assess their needs and preferences regarding online payment solutions.Provide customized advice and support in the implementation and enhancement of online payment systems for various enterprises.Analyze clients' existing payment processes thoroughly and recommend actionable improvements for better efficiency and security.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive solutions that satisfy client expectations.Guide clients through complex payment regulations and compliance matters.Stay informed on industry developments and technological trends in online payment solutions to provide clients with relevant information.Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with clients through exemplary service and communication. Fluency in Czech and English; additional languages are considered a plus.Demonstrated experience in consulting, particularly in the field of online payment solutions or financial technology.In-depth understanding of payment systems, gateways, and relevant compliance frameworks.Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and strategic planning.Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to clients effectively.Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is beneficial.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.
