We are looking for a qualified Credit Controller to ensure the right invoicing, collections and smooth balance agreement with customers at the appropriate time.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices using an ERP system
• Direct communication with customers to reconcile balances
• Act as intermediate between customers and buniness to resolve possible financial issues
• Customers' Billing and Collections Management
• Monitoring of overdue debts (aging analysis)
• Check of customers' credit limit
• Management of cash desk & e-banking payments
• Reporting to the Senior Accountant

• University Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proven experience of 2-5 years in credit control or similar position
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in working with Excel
• Hands-on experience with ERP (e.g. Entersoft, Softone)

• Gross Salary 1.300€ - 1.500€ per month based on experience
