What will you be bringing to the team?

• Support the International CMO Athens with its daily tasks
• Work closely with the Delivery or Program Manager during the delivery of the contract. The main scope of your role is to support the project delivery life cycle
• Collaborate with our international clients
• Assist with the compilation of various reports and presentations to demonstrate the progress of the contracts he/she is assigned to
• Administer or assist in the request management process of the various contracts
• Administer the contract management tools used for the delivery of the various contracts
• Ensure that contract milestones are met and that cash flow is optimized
• Communicate with consultants during the various phases of the contracts
• Collect actual data and forecasts, review resource consumptions and the financial performance of the contracts
• Supervise the invoicing process of the contracts
• Communicate with the customer and all contract stakeholders for all contract support-related issues

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• University Degree
• Excellent communication skills in English & Greek: written, verbal, and presentation
• Ability to analyze complex information and generate reports
• Organized, methodical, team player, and able to prioritize workload
• Highly accurate and attentive to detail
• Strong IT skills are a plus, particularly the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or financial management tools
