In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of our projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic aims and financial goals.

As the Commercial Manager, you will oversee various aspects of commercial strategy, including budgeting, financial forecasting, market analysis, and contract management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable timely delivery and maximize project outcomes while managing risks and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies that drive project success and enhance profitability.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to support integrated project delivery and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
• Train and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performing commercial team.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and project performance metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of related experience in commercial management, with a focus on large-scale projects in the construction or entertainment sectors.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience with complex contracts.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with commercial management software and best practices.
