Job Requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address technical or operational challenges, providing structured and strategic solutions.
- Manage complex tasks involving multiple stakeholders and tools, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely execution.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless experience for advertisers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on X’s products, understanding their setup, management, and troubleshooting methods.
- Support advertisers in setting up and optimizing X campaigns for successful execution and delivery.
- Lead training sessions for advertisers and agencies on operational processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maximizing revenue potential.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously adapting to the evolving social media landscape and X’s product innovations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in digital media sales, working with small and mid-market advertisers and advertising agencies.
- Established relationships with marketing decision makers at companies and agencies.
- A track record demonstrating an ability to develop and grow a book of business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of X and the social media landscape, and opportunities for marketers
- A passion for X and their mission.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.
- Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
- Must have strong understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate.
- Must be able to communicate with stakeholder teams in English. Written English is required, while spoken English is preferred.
