Proven experience as a Chief People Officer or in senior HR leadership roles.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and compliance requirements.Experience in the accounting industry or finance sector is highly desirable.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels of the organization.Ability to design and execute employee development and engagement programs.Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
