Job Summary
We are seeking a Chemist I develop skincare and hair care products. In this role, you will independently make lab batches, test formulas, and research raw materials. Additionally, you will formulate and troubleshoot lab batches with the guidance of senior staff. You’ll also assist with lab equipment calibration, prepare the required paperwork and support the scale-up of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of batching and some formulation experience, a relevant degree, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
