We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Manager to lead and grow our partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal in managing existing channel relationships, driving revenue growth, and executing strategic initiatives that enhance market presence. The ideal candidate will foster strong partnerships, optimize sales performance, and collaborate on joint marketing efforts to maximize brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Management:

  • Manage and nurture existing channel partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and channel partners, delivering exceptional support and engagement.
  • Continuously refine and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the channel ecosystem.

Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization:

  • Work closely with partners to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews to evaluate performance, identify challenges, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of channel initiatives and optimize outcomes.

Pipeline Development & Sales Enablement:

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with channel partners.
  • Implement lead generation strategies to ensure a consistent flow of business opportunities.
  • Oversee sales progression and follow-ups to maximize conversions and revenue impact.

Joint Marketing & Brand Expansion:

  • Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, and promotional campaigns with key partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and channel partners to create co-branded assets and content that highlight mutual value propositions.
  • Leverage strategic marketing collaborations to strengthen partnerships and enhance engagement.

Goal Setting & Performance Tracking:

  • Work with partners to set quarterly sales targets and performance goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and track progress, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management, addressing challenges and opportunities.

Partner Enablement & Training:

  • Deliver continuous training and support to channel partners to enhance their ability to sell and support the company’s offerings.
  • Conduct product and sales training sessions to equip partners with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.

Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to inform channel strategies.
  • Provide valuable insights to both internal teams and channel partners to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  •  7+ years of experience in channel management, sales management, or partner relationship management.
  • Strong expertise in sales strategies, pipeline management, and revenue generation through partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in executing joint marketing initiatives, events, and webinars.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing channel performance.
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding quarterly targets.
