Job Description

We are looking for a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns, monitoring, and improving key advertising performance metrics (CTR, VR, Conversion Rate) based on real-time data. Also providing analytical reporting of advertising campaigns.Key Skills and Experience:Strong analytical skillsExcel knowledge (vlookup, summifs, pivot tables)Experience in preparing analytical reportsIntermediate level of EnglishHighly organized, extremely detail-orientedAbility to work both independently and within a teamAbility to work cross-functionallyKey Responsibilities:Setting — up all ads within the internal systemsMonitoring live campaigns daily, and developing optimization recommendations to maximize performance and ensure deliveryMaking data-driven decisions by tracking and reporting on quantitative and qualitative campaign metricsRaising up technical issues, work with IT departmentWorking closely with the Account Managers from the USBonus Qualifications:Experience in online video advertising spaceExperience with different BI systems, database dashboard tools like Tableau/Kibana to build custom performance reportsBenefits:Competitive compensation packageInternational work environmentPaid vacation and sick leaveFlexible working schedule and possibility to work remotelyAnnual performance bonusEnglish classesMaternity/Paternity leave
