As a Groups & Events Sales Manager, you will be integral in shaping and enhancing the hotel’s event experiences. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the execution of exceptional events. In this role, you will embrace and embody the Conrad philosophy, which seamlessly blends bold design with transformative and memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Implement Conrad brand standards across all B2B and B2C customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with Commercial Director to identify needs and opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop sales strategy for groups and events, targeting, ADR, catering revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from inquiry through to conversion and contracting.
- Manage Groups & Events sales team, set goals, monitor production and support team in achieving goals.
- Responsible for Delphi & Opera functionalities for Groups & Events.
- Manage Events platforms, such as Cvent, Meeting Broker etc.
- Conduct market research and prospect accounts to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with Conrad International Events Teams to convert business opportunities.
- Conduct site inspections and entertainment activities at the hotel.
- Work with Sales, Marketing and Operations Departments to design products and services, targeting revenue growth.
- Work with Marketing Team to update events collateral timely.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role within the luxury hospitality or events industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, in both Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Expertise in Delphi, Opera, Events platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, in a kind manner within a team-oriented environment.
