Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team focused on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS Industry, regional business culture, and a passion for helping clients solve complex challenges through technology. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients in the GCC region using various channels (LinkedIn, CRM, referrals, events, etc.). - Outbound Engagement:
Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social selling to introduce our SaaS solutions and set up discovery meetings. - Qualification:
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority using BANT or similar methodologies. - CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). - Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop region-specific strategies and improve conversion rates. - Market Intelligence:
Stay up to date with trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in the GCC SaaS landscape. - Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to meetings booked, qualified leads generated, and pipeline growth.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven experience selling or prospecting in the GCC market, with knowledge of business culture in countries such as UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales engagement software.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
