- Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly business development targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop.
