Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in healthcare and life sciences within Europe and the USA.
• Generate new business through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including private hospitals, care homes, and life sciences companies.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to maximise client acquisition.
• Present and pitch company services to decision-makers and negotiate contracts.
• Track and report on progress, including lead generation and client engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within healthcare or life sciences.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare and life sciences landscape in Europe and the USA.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and own laptop.
