Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. With over 30 million euros in available real estate opportunities, we are set on expansion and looking for a key player to help propel our brand forward. This pivotal role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with affiliates & partners, and driving sales growth as we continue to make significant strides in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with active and prospective affiliates, industry partners, and key stakeholders through initiating and leading approximately 10-15 meetings with such affiliates per week. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote the company’s services and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, potential growth areas and emerging opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective affiliates.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that terms and contracts align with company objectives.
  • Represent the company and its interests within local and international industry events, expos, and trade shows, with a frequency of 5-6 events per annum.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrable proven track record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew and Russian is a significant advantage.
