Ways of working: We work on a hybrid model. The team comes together in the London office every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. With the option of working remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays. Hours are 9.00-5.30pm Mon to Thurs, and 4.30pm finish on Fridays!
Overview of the role
We have an exciting opportunity at The Drum for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join the sales team behind the fastest-growing media and marketing platform in the US EMEA and APAC. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to join a fun, creative and results-focused team, securing digital, events, and custom content solutions with clients to grow revenue from a range of exciting businesses. The candidate must have a track record in sales and be able to demonstrate successful experience in securing new business.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Business Development Executive will be predominantly focused on securing new business as well as working across some named accounts to develop and grow existing relationships. We are seeking commercially driven candidates that have at least a few years’ experience in media sales and want to grow and develop their career in a market-leading publisher that offer an extremely competitive salary package as well as a lucrative commission structure and a clear progression guide to help you grow within the business.
