We are seeking to hire a Business Analyst (Mid-Level)-Energy Sector to join our Professional Services team and become part of our success story.

What will you do: 

On Requirements:

• Organize and prioritize requirements using techniques such as — but not limited to — epics, user stories and backlogs
• Specify and validate requirements and constraints to a level that enables effective development and operations of new or changed software, systems and processes
• Negotiate trade-offs that are acceptable to key stakeholders and within budgetary, technical, regulatory constraints     

On Business Situations:

• Adopt holistic view to identify and analyze problems and opportunities
• Conduct root cause analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements
• Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity
• Engage and collaborate with key operational stakeholders

On Data Management:

• Identify and process information that is used to support decision-making, business, processes and digital services
• Contribute on the development of innovative ways for managing the information of the organization
• Support data engineering, integration and interoperability activities from functional point of view

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• At least 8 years of professional experience with minimum 1 year in large-scale organization
• At least 3 years of professional experience on business analysis and requirements management (life cycle, analysis and design)

The following will be considered as a plus:

• Professional experience in the energy or utilities sector is a huge plus
• Experience in data modelling (conceptual and logical models, business metrics & insights indicators)
• Good understanding and knowledge of enterprise applications on information flows in large-scale organizations and regulated environments
